Summit Ridge Health · Summit Ridge Medical Center — Denver
Summit Ridge Medical Center's 24-bed medical ICU is adding an ACNP to our night APP team. You'll run the unit overnight alongside one other APP with a board-certified intensivist in-house at all times — this is a true high-acuity practice: vent management, vasoactive titration, CRRT, bedside procedures (central lines, arterial lines, thoracentesis), and leading rapid responses and codes with the house team. New consults are staffed with the intensivist in real time; you will never be left holding the unit alone.
Our APP group is 14 strong across the ICU service line with a formal 12-week orientation, procedure sign-off pathway, and quarterly sim lab time. Night differential is built into the range above, and nights self-schedule in blocks so you can actually plan a life. FCCS and difficult-airway courses are funded, and there's a defined ladder into our ECMO and rapid-response leadership roles.
Denver needs no sales pitch — 300 days of sun, an airport that gets you anywhere nonstop, and the Front Range out your back door. Level I trauma center campus, academic affiliations, and a system that has invested in APP practice for over a decade.
