Dermatology Physician Assistant — Medical & Surgical

Palmetto Coast Health is expanding its dermatology service line into Wilmington, and we're hiring a PA to build a medical dermatology panel alongside our fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon and general dermatologist. Expect a full-spectrum medical derm practice — acne, psoriasis and biologics management, total body skin exams in a coastal population with no shortage of sun damage, plus biopsies, excisions with closures, and cryotherapy. Experienced derm PAs will carry an autonomous template quickly; we'll also consider a strong PA from primary care or plastics willing to complete a structured 6-month derm onboarding with graduated supervision.

The clinic is purpose-built and opening with capacity: eight exam rooms, dedicated procedure suite, and an aesthetician-run cosmetic arm you can cross-cover if it interests you (never required). No hospital rounding, no weekends, no call — dermatology's schedule is the schedule.

Wilmington is a river-and-beach city with a historic downtown, three beach towns within 25 minutes, and direct flights up the East Coast. Production bonus begins after month six, and our derm APPs historically out-earn the posted range once panels mature.
