About the role

Lakeview Regional is building the joint program of northern Michigan and needs a fellowship-trained adult reconstruction surgeon to help lead it. The pieces are already in place: Mako robot (second console arriving Q4), a dedicated joint navigator program, same-day discharge pathways running at 40% of primaries, and a referral catchment of 300,000 with no competing joint center for 100 miles.

You'll step into a full clinic from week one — the waiting list is real — with two OR days protected and block time that doesn't evaporate when the schedule tightens. Revisions welcome if that's your interest; the current group refers them downstate and would rather not.
