About the role
Beacon Virtual Care runs longitudinal adult psychiatry — a defined panel across our licensed states, not a 15-minute med-check mill. You will carry your own patients on scheduled video visits with psychotherapy time built into the template and an RN care team handling refills and between-visit work.
Our clinical model is physician-led: protocols are written and revised by the psychiatrists who use them, measurement-based care (PHQ-9/GAD-7) is standard, and the medical director holds office hours, not town halls. We handle licensing (we will add 10-15 states to your portfolio at our expense), the hardware, and malpractice.
This is real psychiatry with the windshield time deleted: 30-minute follow-ups, 60-minute intakes, and a panel you actually know.

Requirements
- MD/DO, ABPN certified or board eligible in Psychiatry
- Active license in 2+ states preferred (we fund more)
- Active, unrestricted DEA registration
- Comfort with complex polypharmacy and taper planning
- Reliable home connectivity and a private workspace
