About the role
Our Eugene clinic is growing and hiring an outpatient family physician: 18-20 patients a day, 30-minute new-patient slots, and an MA ratio of 2:1 because we staff for the medicine, not the spreadsheet.
This is outpatient-only family medicine with a healthy payer mix and an EHR (Epic) tuned by a physician informatics committee that actually ships fixes. You will inherit a stabilized panel from a retiring physician who is staying six months to hand it off properly, and you will work alongside two other FM docs, a pediatrician, and integrated behavioral health in the same hallway.
Eugene is a walkable university town at the south end of the Willamette Valley — rivers, trails, and the coast an hour west. Loan repayment and J-1 waiver sponsorship are available.

Requirements
- MD/DO, Family Medicine residency trained
- ABFM certified or board eligible
