About the role

Cascade Medical Center's hospitalist program is the backbone of the building: 14 physicians, 7 APPs, a closed ICU with tele-intensivist support overnight, and a census that holds at 14-16 with a hard cap the group actually enforces.

Seven on, seven off days with no nights — the nocturnist team is separately staffed and fully covered. Procedures are optional; if you like lines and thoras you will be popular, and if you do not, IR is responsive. Epic across the system.

Loan repayment and H-1B sponsorship are available, and the system has an experienced in-house immigration team. New graduates are welcomed with a structured twelve-week onboarding.

Requirements

  • MD/DO, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine trained
  • ABIM/ABFM certified or board eligible
  • Oregon license or IMLC
