About the role

A Beacon partner hospital in Chattanooga is hiring experienced ICU nurses into a 24-bed mixed medical-surgical unit with strong intensivist coverage and a charge nurse who actually charges. Devices you will use routinely: CRRT, balloon pumps, and titratable drips, with a ratio held at 1:2 (1:1 for the sickest).

This is a staff night position — three 12s a week with self-scheduling and a $15K sign-on. The nursing culture is the draw: shared governance that has real budget, a preceptor program that does not throw new hires to the wolves, and a break relief system that means you actually leave the unit for lunch.

Chattanooga's outdoors and low cost of living do the rest.
